Project Objectives

  • To support regional development and increase competitiveness through cluster member companies

  • To activate and leverage the potential of the air conditioning sector

  • To enhance qualified workforce development and vocational training

  • To strengthen university–industry collaboration

  • To establish an institutionalized and well-organized clustering model

  • To increase the visibility and recognition of the sector

  • To create financial resources and funding mechanisms to support sectoral development

Project Goals

The project aims to transform Turkish industry into a structure that is more competitive, innovative, and productive, capable of capturing a larger share of global exports, focused on the production of high value-added and high-technology products, supported by a qualified workforce, and environmentally and socially responsible.
