About

The ESSİAD Continuing Education Center (ESEM) was launched on 1 January 2012 as part of ESSİAD’s efforts to strengthen its institutional structure and corporate identity.

ESEM is an educational platform established to support professional development in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector. One of ESEM’s key strengths is its ability to offer technical and corporate training content tailored to the real needs of the sector. The trainings and seminars organized cover a wide range of topics including energy efficiency, green transition, digitalization, product development, legislation, maintenance and repair processes, and personal development, creating strong added value for both individuals and companies.

With its expert trainers, up-to-date sectoral knowledge, and a balanced theory–practice approach, ESEM aims to enhance the professional competencies of its participants. The programs are designed not only for technical staff, but also for company executives, engineers, technicians, technical personnel, sector professionals, and students who wish to enter the sector. In addition, ESEM provides an important opportunity for companies to develop their workforce, adapt to new technologies, and increase their competitiveness.

Operating with the mission of contributing to sectoral development, creating new business opportunities, and increasing qualified human resources, ESEM delivers long-term value to both individuals and institutions through its trainings, seminars, and extensive professional network connecting the sector.

Activities Conducted within ESEM

  • Cooperation protocols have been established between ESEM and relevant departments of universities, vocational schools, and vocational high schools located in İzmir and the Aegean Region.

  • A Service Competency Certificate (HYB) was obtained from the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) for the period 17.05.2021 – 17.05.2024.
